CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes and workouts that are constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements.

Your CrossFit class will be 1 hour long consisting of a coach led warm-up, strength portion, metabolic conditioning workout (MetCon), and cool-down.

The strength portion will consist of programmed 6-12 week lifting progressions as well as accessory work added to assist in building a strong, powerful base.

MetCons will be a mix of EMOMs (Every Minute On the Minute), AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible), Time Trials, Chippers, and more designed to constantly challenge and target different fitness goals like endurance, strength, speed, and stamina.
